In this unit, I learned a lot about different
genre of movies such as action, comedy, wars, adventure and horror. Also, I
learned many famous actors and directors. Before I studied this unit, I mostly
watched the movies in my own language because I don’t know any movies and
actors of English. Now, I begin to watch American films.
As we know, Movie is an important of
pop culture. Everybody have watched movie, and some one watched a lot. movie is
very related our daily life. people watch movie for relaxing and learning, so I
enjoyed learning this unit, because it gave me a lot of fun when I was
learning.
My Aha moment was when I watched a
films, I felt there are many things that are very related my real life. For example,
when I watched the load film which name The Hangover, it makes me remember my
journey to Las Vegas in this summer. I went there with my friends; we drank
some beer then we went to a casino. We hoped we can bring something back from
the casino by our luck. It’s real life that everybody has a dream in Las Vegas.
I didn’t know that I could learn many
movie’s terms during this unit, I think these are very useful when I go to a
theater to watch movie.
